On the other hand, a common tactic is to make a QUICK LOW BALL SETTLEMENT OFFER to ensure as little is paid to you as possible, especially on a case where you have a high chance of success. Remember, the insurance adjuster is an experienced professional who deals with these type cases every day. In any case, if you have been injured it would be wise to consult with an attorney. If I take your case, my job will be to get you the most money to which you are entitled under the law.
